Ainsley Creighton of Remax Finest Realty was the real estate agent for the sale of our home at 156 Ellesmeer Ave, Kingston ON on January 14, 2021. Below we will report on her excellent performance in the sale of our home.

First of all we were not keen to have our home sale widely advertised. Ainsley expertly listed our home and sold it without an MLS listing. Our home was sold over four months from the closing date stated above. During this period Ainsley kept in touch and informed us on particular aspects that needed attention. Among those were the requirements for preparing for Closing, the interfacing with Mr. John Wilson LL.B., the lawyer for the sale, and all aspects of preparing for our move: for example a list of contacts for our change of address. We had a list but hers was far more complete.

Some of the above might be expected. However it is Ainsley’s businesslike and friendly attitude that is the key point. We had sold only one other home and Ainsley keeping in contact with us was a key item and resulted in far less anxiety on our part. We contacted her because she had done sales for our daughter, who was also very pleased.

In closing we would strongly say that Ainsley is a caring and a very competent real estate agent. She goes the full ten yards in her business dealings. We recommend her without reservation.
